  • Home 2013 – Art and dust

There are 3 main things that are important to me at the Burning Man:
One is the fantastic people you meet or you are with, other is the million of Art Installations, Sculptures, Effigies… that are around La Playa waiting for us to go visit, and the last is music and the party.
This post is about me going by myself taking pictures for hours and hours, I have to say that it is one of my favorite moments of the day. Free myself and go explore, can’t explain with words…

These are the best photographs I took this year about Art in dust.
    Hope you like it :)

  • Burning Man 2012

One week ago I was in La Playa with my dream team and all the amazing human beings that go to that event. It is like a convention of good people giving all their love to each others. All the best hugs are in La Playa. It is there where you realize how many things we have and how many things we can totally get rid off to be happy. All the effort that is going to Burning Men for me, it is totally worthy. Survive and receive help from estrangers. Share the best time with the best team I could think of. Visualize, imagine, create. Get inspired, get lost, come back. Have all this beautiful adventures when going out to explore… I have no words to explain how does it feel… EXPERIENCES. I miss La Playa!

  • Eternal Traveler Syndrome

My friend Alvarito told me couple of days ago that I have a “problem”. I suffer of this “eternal traveler syndrome”… This made me think a little about the matter… jejejej
Eternal traveler… We are curious people that we don’t care about being some time alone but we need to discover and “culturalize” ourself. Traveling and meeting new people all the time. Survive, enjoy, learn every day something new. Shoot, shoot and shoot!!!
I have being moving  from country to country for the last 5 years of my life. I have also jump the “puddle” to be in NYCity which make me feel so far from my country, ¡La bella España!”. Now I feel like nothing is enough… nothing fully fill me… What is gonna be the next? I can’t even think about staying at the same place for more than 2 years (which is actually a long time). I don’t really “feel at home” anywhere, anymore.
At the same time I never really plant my roots anywhere, networking and relationships are difficult with this, my way of life. We, the the people who suffer of this syndrome, have to be focused on what we want, and built our own path the success on this lonely but exciting life. Everyday a new adventure is waiting to be discover. But… this is a paradox!!!
There is also this cultural shock, we kind of get addict to… Every time I change of country, continent or language happens.
We like to fix our past and our home city in our memory, but in the way they were when we left. It is also very easy to idealize it. But I would never come back there… At least until I have lived my life :) Santander city and I have cheated on each other. That is suppose to transform my relationship forever… But Santander never changes…  my little “Sea’s girlfriend” is like a bubble that will always be the same :) And that make me so happy :)

I am just waiting for something to happen in my life, something as good as exciting, this is a personal fight for getting what I want. I am doing everything I can to fly!!
    FLY BEYOND THE SKY :)

RED ROCK DESSERT, Vegas (the other face).

Thanks for all the good experiences :)
    LOVE

  • HOME

I just realized I didn’t put this amazing images on my blog. I think they are meant to be here and It feel incomplete without them. This is just a try to represent what Burning men means for everybody who have being there, like me. My life have changed but I can’t explain how or the way it does. My recommendation is that if you are interested or just curious, if you love nature and human beings, and if you want to see the more beautiful environment where anybody can be… If you are looking for something but you don’t know what it is…  just go. Don’t even’t think about it, just buy the ticket and go… We will see each other on The Playa! You will understand soon. LOVE. Ro

What a nice experience. See you next year!!
